The first Bradbury & Evans edition (eleventh edition in total). 12mo. Bound in later red calf with stamped motifs in the corner of gilt borders, and gilt lettering to the spine. Binder's stamp A.L.D., 1915 to the rear board. One page of adverts at the rear. Marbled end papers and all edges gilt. Title page printed in red and blue. Four hand coloured plates by John Leech, with four woodcuts in the text. A very good copy indeed, with a little wear to the spine.
