Blue cloth boards, in a black and white pictorial dustwrapper 110 black and white photographs by the author, and two maps marked with "the route over the ridges" and "the author's route". A very good copy, in a very good dustwrapper, with a repaired closed tear to the spine and some light wear.
Poucher's excellent books on fell walking and hiking are accompanied by his own photographs, he is generally one of the leading British mountain photographers and guide book writers of the 20th century.
