First edition, large paper issue deluxe, number 65 of 100 copies signed by the author. Publisher's half red calf over cloth boards with gilt titles and decoration to the spine. Top edge gilt. Forty-four mounted plates under tissue guards, mostly on India paper, further illustrations and diagrams in the text. A very good copy indeed, spine slight faded with trivial wear to the corners. Some stains to the fore-edge, but internally fresh.
