A very good copy indeed, previous owner's inscription to the front endpaper, in a clean and attractive dustwrapper, just a couple of short edge tears.
The book is one of BB's most popular, an enchanting children's story and winner of the Carnegie medal for children's literature. The book was originally published in 1942 with black and white drawings.
