New edition. Chunky 12mo. Full tan leather lettered in gilt on the spine and upper cover. A very good copy, gilt dulled and leather rubbed in places, newspaper cutting on front pastedown and inked inscription on the front free endpaper.
In addition to a section on "The Culinary Arts" there are also chapters which include wine, brewing, medicine, husbandry, horticulture and the wonderfully named "Salutary Cautions".
