First edition of this delightful peepshow. Six pop up scenes accompanying the story of Puss in Boots, which fold round and tie in a carousel shape. A near fine copy, price blocked out with ink, slightly rubbed to corners and with a small puncture to rear of spine.
Like so many successful children's stories, Orlando, the marmalade cat, was devised as bedtime entertainment for the author's own children. This pop-up carousel is particularly appealing.
