First edition. 8vo. Blue cloth with gilt lettering and decoration of a cricket bat on the spine. Photographic illustrations throughout. A very good copy, the spine is faded and there is with slight wear to the head of the spine. A lose signature of Maurice Allom inserted.

Maurice Allom was an English amateur cricketer, who played in five Tests from 1930-1931, while co-author Maurice Turnbull played in nine Test matches for England between 1930 and 1936.
