Four sheets of foolscap, tied with green silk and red wax seal, signed by the land agents.Together with: "PARTICULARS AND ESTIMATE FOR RENTAL of a Hill Farm, known as BOSMORE, in the Parish of Fawley... from Michaelmas 1913." Three sheets of foolscap, fastened with pins, signed by the agents. Both legal documents are in very good condition indeed, and provide an interesting insight into the valuations and productivity of farmland in Pre WWI Britain.
Bosmore Farm is situated just outside Henley on Thames, near Fawley Bottom.
