In the publisher's original pictorial dustwrapper and slipcase. Pictorial endpapers. Eight colour full-page photographic plates and thirteen monochrome photographic plates. A fine copy, bright and clean, in a very good dustwrapper, with some chips to the spine repaired to verso.
