First edition. Pale yellow paper covered boards, with black lettering on the spine and a drawing by Smith in red on the upper cover, mirroring the pictorial dustwrapper. Laurie Lee's copy, with his signature to the front endpaper. With a copy of the Poetry Book Society Bulletin (with a contribution by Lee) loosely laid in. Line drawings throughout by Stevie Smith. A very good copy in a good dustwrapper, tears to the upper and lower panels.
