First edition. 8vo. Brown boards in pictorial dustwrapper with wraparound design. Signed by the author on the front endpaper, without dedication, "Love, Roald Dahl" Illustrated in line by Jill Bennett. A near fine copy with a little wear to the corners and a light abrasion to the front pastedown, in a near fine (price clipped) dustwrapper, which is uncommonly bright with none of the usual fading, but some offsetting to the flaps.
