First edition. 8vo. Tan cloth with brown line drawing. The pictorial dustwrapper has a wraparound illustration by Stanley Lloyd. Pictorial map endpapers and black and white drawings by Lloyd. A near fine copy, very slightly cocked, in a near fine dustwrapper, which is bright and complete with just lightest wear to the spine ends. Produced to war time economy standards this is a fragile book and rarely encountered in such nice condition.
