Original printed paper covered boards, with a woodcut of a ship at sea to the upper cover. Fold out frontispiece engraved map of the Thames "from London Bridge to Windsor", printed in four colours. A very good copy with the paper boards somewhat worn with minor loss to the spine ends and joints. Hinges reinforced. Title page and preliminary pages foxed, but generally clean.
A scarce early guide to the lower reaches of the Thames.
