First edition, later issue with printed title page and no dedication leaf. Quarto. Original publisher's dark green cloth, with elaborate blind stamped decoration on the covers and spine with gilt titles, all edges gilt. Engraved title page, frontispiece and seventy eight other full page engravings of views on the Thames protected by unprinted tissue guards. A very good copy. There is some wear to the rear joint at the extremities of the spine and corners are bumped. Internally in very good order, previous ownership inscriptions and lacking a couple of tissue guards, but plates bright and clean.
