First edition. Original blue cloth titles in black, in pictorial dustwrapper. Colour frontispiece and line drawings throughout by Eileen Soper. A fine copy which is slightly cocked and has an ownership inscription to the front endpaper, in a very good dustwrapper, which shows a little wear to the spine ends and corners and a closed tear to the front cover. A clean copy with no fading to the red lettering on the spine.
The third and most elusive of the Famous Five titles, particularly in decent condition.
