An eight page story about a native American Bison hunt, and a splendid double page pop-up scene, depicting a native American settlement, with wig-wams, a totem pole and various members of the community. There are also three movable tabs. in very good condition indeed, moveable parts a little worn.
Brought up in Prague, Vojt ch Kubašta began his career as an artist and book illustrator in the early 1940s after studying architecture at the Polytech University in Prague. His distinctive bold and colourful figures, as seen in this work, became increasingly popular.
