Sixteen full colour illustrations by Rackham, mounted and protected by captioned tissue guards and 8 other colour illustrations in the text. Also various line drawings. The illustrations to this book are a lovely accompaniment to Hawthorne's tales. A fine bright copy in a very good dustwrapper, which has a few nicks and closed tears to the top edge.
