Green cloth lettered in gilt on the spine and decorated and lettered in pale green and cream on the upper cover, each volume in its original pale green dustwrapper, numbered in pencil to the upper cover. Nineteen colour plates, one folding colour plan and over 1,300 illustrations in the text. An excellent set, the books all fine copies immaculately preserved in their wrappers with only very minor foxing to the page edges and a couple of half titles.
