Men at Arms with none of the usual fading to the spine. Officers and Gentleman a little mottled to the boards, with a short closed tear to the spine head. Uncommonly crisp.
The author's ironic portrayal at British Army life, based to a large part on Waugh own army career and critically considered to be the best novel of the second world war.
