First edition. Two volumes. One of 35 copies with both books issued together, A Weekend in Deippe signed by Glynn Boyd Harte. Bound in quarter cloth over patterned paper covered boards. Housed in the original slipcase. Illustrated in line by Ardizzone and in full colour by Harte. A fine set.
Two accounts of similar visits made thirty years ago [limitation page]. Warren Editions published 150 copies of A Weekend in Dieppe by Harte, 50 of which were published together with Visiting Dieppe by Ardizzone, of which 15 were published with lithographs, and 35 copies in this format. Uncommon by dint of its limitation.
