First edition. Original black cloth, lettered in red, in yellow printed dustwrapper. A near fine copy, with cracking to the rear hinge, in a very good dustwrapper which shows a little wear to the corners with the spine ends internally reinforced, but is a bright and well preserved copy seldom encountered in its dustwrapper.
The second of the Peter Wimsey novels to feature Harriet Vane. Rare in dustwrapper.
