First Rackham edition. Large 4to. Edition de Luxe, number 513 of 750 copies signed by Arthur Rackham. Full white vellum with gilt embossed lettering and decoration. Top edge gilt and others untrimmed. Lacking rear silk tie. Forty colour plates mounted under captioned tissue guards, as well as numerous black and white illustrations. A very good copy indeed. The vellum uncommonly clean and with only minimal dustiness, the paper is clean and fresh, as are the illustrations, only one of which has a tiny corner crease. A most impressive book.
