First edition with McKnight Kauffer illustrations. Number 600 of an edition limited to 750 copies printed at The Curwen Press. Publisher's original printed cream cloth, in the black slipcase. Pochoir frontispiece, pochoir vignettes to the title page and beginning of text, with six further full page pochoir illustrations. A near fine copy, a little dusty, with a bit of wear to the slipcase. Previous owner's name to the front free endpaper.
