First edition. 8vo. Dark red pictorial cloth, lettered in gilt, with a design printed in orange and yellow. Top edge gilt. Seventy five colour plates under captioned tissue guards, plus map at rear. The plate to page 114 has a tiny abrasion, other plates perfect. A very good copy indeed, spine lightly faded and later gift inscription to the front endpaper.
The scenery, history, customs and colour of Andalusia, from Seville, Cordoba, Grenada, the Alhambra and Malaga to the Ronda. One of 3000 copies, originally published at 20/-.
