The original watercolour for the Christmas Supplement of The Studio, entitled "Seven Happy Days, A Series of Drawings by Jessie M King, with quotations from John Davidson and Others". Ink and watercolour on vellum, highlighted with touches of silver. Signed in full on the lower right hand side. 24 x 15 cm. In nice bright condition.
This painting is number 6 in the series of drawings in the Seven Happy Days. It is reproduced in black and white in the 1993 facsimile edition.
