Twenty magnificent full page wood engravings by Demetrios Galanis, with title page and initials designed by Anna Simons. A fine set, clean with just a few minor marks to the buckram and internally fresh.
The final and most imposing book published by the Cresset Press in its original incarnation as a fine press (1927-1931). Considered by many to be the finest work produced by the press.
