Complete set of subscribers issues. 16 volumes. Folio. Five volumes the Royal Edition in full blue morocco (four of which are from a limitation of 250 copies and "Racing" from a South African Edition limitation of 100 copies), a further eleven volumes in full red morocco each from a limitation of 1,000 copies. All volumes with bevelled edged boards, raised bands to spine, gilt ruling to covers and spine, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers decorated in gilt, and gilt dentelles to turn ins. Issued without Dr Cohn photogravure in "Yachting and Rowing" and Col. N. M. Smith photogravure "Big Game Hunting and Angling" as usual. Each volume illustrated throughout, including mounted photogravures and printed black and white illustrations of various sportsmen and items or animals relating to various sports. A very good set indeed with some volumes showing wear or markings to the boards and corners, some internally creased tissue guards and spots of foxing, with a printing error to page 11 of "Yachting and Rowing".
