First edition. Original blue-grey paper wrappers, lettered in black. Portrait frontispiece and one further plate showing a drawing of Bredon Hall. A very good copy, a little chipped to the oversized part of the wrappers and with some fading to the edges. Manuscript title added to spine.
A scarce spoof history of the Wimsey family, which Sayers had printed in an edition of "about 500" (Gilbert) which Sayers gave as Christmas presents.
