Thought by Hornby to be printed in an edition of about 250 copies, although he also says, "most of the copies were doubtless left in the church and subsequently destroyed". Scarce.
PROVENANCE: Catherine Gwendoline Hornby (1871-1956), sister of Charles St. John Hornby, founder of the Ashendene Press.
