First edition. 8vo. Pink cloth with gilt lettering and vignettes. In the original pictorial dustwrapper. Top edge gilt. Pictorial endpapers. Illustrations throughout in black and white by E.H. Shepard. A very good copy, with a neat contemporary ownership signature to half title and some uneven fading to the cloth, in a very good dustwrapper indeed, which has a small scuffed patch to the spine, but is otherwise crisp and clean.
The second story book to feature Winnie the Pooh and friends, and the book in which Tigger bounces into existence.
