Rare variant. Issued in the publisher's pictorial wrappers, after a design by Jessie M. King, but bound from the sheets for the deluxe edition, which was issued in boards with the illustrations mounted on additional leaves, unprinted to verso. Mounted title page and list of contents, plus 24 mounted illustrations in black and white. A very good copy indeed.
We have not encountered another example of this book issued in wrappers from the sheets of the deluxe edition.
