First edition. 8vo. Blue cloth with gilt lettering and pale blue decoration on the upper cover and spine. Top edge gilt. Advertisement from 1913 in rear. Twenty colour plates under captioned tissue guards, 4 black and white plates from photographs, Fold out map to rear. A good copy, short tear to the head of the spine and missing a small section from the tissue guard for the frontis. Plates all intact, clean and bright.
