New Catalogue: Polar Exploration

We're pleased to present a new catalogue of twenty books, maps and photographs from the history of exploring the polar regions.

Neatly divided, with ten items relating to each pole, highlights include a stunning large format Herbert Ponting photograph (Item 16), the mammoth Bayliss map of the Antarctic (Item 20) and the account of a fourteen-year-old Horatio Nelson fighting a polar bear (Item 1).

You can view the interactive version of the catalogue, where each book has multiple scrollable images, here.  You can use the chevrons to the side of the screen, or the hand icons, to navigate through the catalogue.

There is also a pdf version, which can be found here.
