DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK: we will quote postage on an individual basis, 2 day courier delivery for a standard size book is from £30 to most destinations. Airmail postage can also be arranged from £10, delivery times vary.

PASADENA ANTIQUARIAN BOOK FAIR - 10th - 12th FEBRUARY: BOOTH 212 |

This year's California Book Fair is in a new venue and promises a dazzling array of books, manuscripts and artwork.
We will bringing along a selection of newly acquired stock, which includes many illustrated books from the Golden Age, as well as children's books and their original illustrations, fine pieces of literature and beautiful and inscribed copies of collectable Modern First Editions.
Highlights include: an original watercolour by Thomas Taylor for the front cover of HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE; a first edition of PETER PAN IN KENSINGTON GARDENS, with an original drawing by Rackham and accompanying handwritten letters; first editions of CASINO ROYALE, the first of the James Bond novels, plus other first editions signed by Ian Fleming and the original manuscript for H.E. Bates, THE TRIPLE ECHO.
The venue for the fair is:Pasadena Convention Center, 300 East Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91101. Opening hours are: Friday 10th Feb. - 3pm to 8pm; Saturday 11th Feb. - 11am to 7pm and Sunday 12th Feb. -11am to 5pm.

We are always keen to acquire books, either individually or as a whole collection. Areas of interest are first editions of key works of literature; e.g. Austen, Bronte, Dickens, Orwell, Greene, Golding etc. We are very eager to acquire fine copies of books illustrated by Dulac, Rackham, Nielsen, Detmold, Jessie M. King and others. In addition we are seeking titles relating to the River Thames and Rowing.
